IMPORTANT NOTE:

  1. The payment is for RUSH PASSPORT SCHEDULING ONLY.
  2. No assistance in DFA site during appointment day.
  3. Passport fees P950 or P1,200 will be paid directly to payment center. Nothing to pay anymore in DFA Sites during appearance.
  4. Payment first is required before scheduling. No refunds if with confirmed schedule already
  5. You have to create a new email address for your applicant (please based it on applicants name) ex. Applicant name is Juan Cruz then you can create juan.cruz2000@gmail.com or juan.cruzph@gmail.com. Kindly give us the new email address and password so we can easily confirm the DFA schedule.  
  6. Make sure to fill-up the form correctly and accurately. We will not be liable for any wrong info but information can be corrected during appointment day.
  7. Providing the appointment schedule can take up to 10 working days for Metro Manila and 15 working days for provincial (excluding weekends and holidays) but the schedule is not more than 30 days upon filing for Metro Manila and 40 days for Provincial Sites. Ex. if we receive payment on Mar 1, your schedule might be released up to Mar 10 but the appointment schedule will not be more than Mar 30 or up to Apr 10 for provincial

 

 

IMPORTANT REMINDER:

  1. HOW THE TRANSACTION IS FORMED BETWEEN YOU AND YOUR CLIENT. You authorized us to obtain personal information in order to proceed with the application. Client accepts the responsibility for supplying and verifying the accuracy and correctness of the information they provide on us. Any misinformation is no longer our liability.
  2. DFA SITES AND SCHEDULING. No exact site for Metro Manila applicants so you have to be flexible. Provincial sites may also be requested but subject upon availability. Release of confirmed schedule may take up to 10 days but we promise to provide an appointment not be more than 30 days after filing. Take note that available schedule is still under first come first serve basis so we will appreciate your prompt reply.
