IMPORTANT NOTE:
- Room rate is based on cheapest room category hotel check-in is 2:00pm and check-out is 12:00pm. Rate is subject to change without prior notice.
- For delayed flights from 7:00pm-8:00pm, any additional fees will be on own account.
- For delayed flights that fall beyond 8:00pm. There are options to be considered:
- a. Guest/s will be catered through all chartered rate on the same date of arrival depend on the availability of the unit/s
- b. Guest/s will be catered on the following day on our first flight with schedule subject to FIT’s rate.
- ETA 17:30pm onward in Caticlan Jetty port additional P10/head for NIGHT NAVIGATION FEE shall apply on guest account
- No Terminal fee for kid 5 years old and below. But need to present passport & birth certificate
- No Environmental fee for kid 11 years old and below. But need to present passport & birth certificate
- Terms for pick-up time departure:
- A day before guest/s departure, RESORT FRONT DESK officer will inform the guest about their estimate departure pick up time
- If the guest/s did not received any confirmation about their pick-up time for their departure, guest/s should call or ask the provided emergency contact number on the voucher for verification of pick-up time.
- Be on time for the pick-up schedule of guests at the resort. Guests who are late for 10 minutes from the original time schedule will be left behind by our coordinators and drivers and will have to await the next available pick-up schedule. ISE/agent is not responsible for the consequences of the guests’ delay.

2. Package can be reserved for 1 day only. It is advisable to book one (1) month prior to travel date. Once reserved, you may settle you payment to MJTB Bank Accounts. |

3. After payment, immediately forward the proof of payment (picture of deposit slip if over the counter transaction or screenshot if online banking) to the same email thread of booking. |

4. Once payment is received and verified, we will finalize and process all the booking. Your booking confirmation or tour voucher will be sent within two (2) working days. |
